Reflexology for Fertility

Our reflexology sessions offer a gentle, supportive approach for women who are undergoing both natural and assisted conception.

Reflexology involves applying pressure to specific points on the feet, hands, or face, which are believed to correspond to different parts of the body.

Many women choose reflexology to help promote deep relaxation, ease tension, and support overall balance. Each session is tailored to your individual needs and offers time to unwind and reconnect with your body in a calm, nurturing environment.

I am a full member of the Association of Reproductive Reflexologists (ARR) and have undertaken specialist training in reflexology for fertility. We follow specific treatment protocols for conditions such as PCOS and endometriosis. If you are have started your conception journey, we also follow set protocols according to the stage of your fertility treatment or the stage of your cycle.
